Anna Little has worked with Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions in the areas of Employment and Compensation, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action Program Development, and Recruitment and Staffing. In 1988, Little founded LADERA CAREER PATHS, INC. to assist Southern California businesses with their human resource needs. In 1992, she established LADERA CAREER PATHS TRAINING CENTERS as a division of Ladera to provide education and an avenue of upward mobility for low-income individuals and temporary employees who desired full-time, secure, and well-paid careers. A recognized leader within the community, Little is a graduate of the California State University, Los Angeles, and received a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Loyola Marymount University.
